 ‘I (usually) believe in God who might be father or mother and made the world in some way that won’t inconvenience current academic opinion. And I believe in his child Jesus who was very nice (as are many other religious prophets really). And I believe in the Holy Spirit who makes the communion work for me. And I believe in the CoE, synodical government and the hope of revision committees. Amen’.
