I once heard someone sing, 'your name is like honey to my lips, your Spirit like water to my soul, your word is a light unto my feet, Jesus I love you, I love you,' and singing it like they deeply meant it. He was a pastor on $50 a month in Romania, planting churches, bringing up a young family, tending an allotment to survive, keeping a crown of thorns above a door in his house as a reminder of the One who gave it all. My life has never been the same since. I want to be someone whose heart sings the same song to the One who is worth it all.
